The health-centered expo offers lectures from premier New York raw-foodists, panels discussing how to make positive changes in your diet and lifestyle, and gourmet meals courtesy of veg spots Raw Soul and Kazuko's. When you get tired of talking about living food, learn about chakra healing and tantric practices and take advantage of all-day yoga classes with local veteran teachers. If you're not feeling the high vibes right away, come back for the Saturday-night trance dance with Parashakti — that'll get you good 'n rawtarded.
