Unlike their namesake, elusive playwright Margot Tenenbaum in quirky Wes Anderson delight The Royal Tenenbaums, bittersweet indie collective Margot & the Nuclear So and So's keep little to themselves. Featuring up to eight members onstage, the group lovingly creates a medley of gentle and reflective indie jams, making heavy use of strings and even heavier use of wanton, heart-on-sleeve emotion. Tonight, singer Richard Edwards leads the melancholy songsters through a collection of delicate melodies, while Brooklyn-bred ensemble the Silver State sidle alongside with a bit of indie-pop support.
