Filter magazine and Write Bloody publishing house present this off-the-walls party for the launch of What It Is: What It Is. The book — part memoir, part journal, and part art project — features experimental poetry and prose by Paul G. Maziar and designs by Cold War Kids' bassist Maust; its lush visual style and multimedia aesthetic are both irreverent and informed. Held at the Delancey, the launch party features Americana crooner Kristin Diable, along with Pure Horsehair and Indigo Street.
