Tonight, Rocks Off maritime vessel the Jewel graces the city's waterways with DJ/fashionisto Max Wowch, hard-working remixstress Lauren Flax, and People Don't Dance No More party maestros Robot Blair and David Bruno. A slew of electro, disco, and house bangers are in store, as well as several hours of a light-studded skyline view. And the event's proceeds go to the Food Bank for New York City, so you can feel good about getting aquatically hyphy on a Tuesday.
