Hung may have won Top Chef: Miami, but CJ, the six-foot-eight ex-volleyball player, was a clear audience favorite. Today, the Associated Culinary Arts graduate — who has cooked for Arianna Huffington and other high-profile clients — fires up the coals and puts grill marks on a mountain of meat and vegetables for a crowd of hundreds drawn by free beer and a full set by (ex-Unicorns) indie rockers Islands. For those who want to live out their own Top Chef fantasies, today's events include a cook-off challenge (with a $1,000 grand prize) in which participants' culinary skills are critiqued by a panel of celebrity judges.
