Todd Terje is a key member of the Scandinavian brotherhood that includes Lindstrom, Prins Thomas, and diskJokke, and his name is a playful, Nordic-tinged reference to the house pioneer Todd Terry. His original productions and edits — notably his slow, wobbly take on Simon Baker's "Plastik" — have found favor across a wide spectrum of house, disco edit, and techno DJs. Tonight, he cranks up Love's crisp, punchy sound system alongside local selectors James Friedman and Eamon Harkin, whose house, techno, and electro tracks play nice with Terje's colorful assortment of psychedelic sounds.
