Southern Hospitality says…

Bourbon gets its name from Bourbon County, Kentucky, and has been recognized by Congress as a "distinctive product of the United States." The Scots and Irish may turn up their noses at our version of whiskey, but most of the world realizes that corn is as useful and tasty as any Old World grain; it is required that corn make up at least 51% of the mash that gets fermented into a bottle of Yankee hooch. Tonight, stay hydrated, order generously from Southern Hospitality's menu of real-deal barbecue, and taste your way through five small-batch bourbons as the sommelier discusses the finer points of an American classic.
