More than a decade into their career, Oregon's Dandy Warhols have proven that if they've got anything, it's longevity. Continuing their cosmic voyage on their sixth album, Earth to the Dandy Warhols, the Dandys are the rulers of their own galaxy — with the founding of their own studio/rehearsal space, the Odditorium, and their label, Beat the World, they're free from the industry shenanigans that led to some of the more frustrating moments documented in 2004's Dig! The album finds them reverting to their roots in other ways too; meandering, psychedelic jams take precedence over more traditional pop structures, harking back to the days of their mid-'90s rise to indie-rock fame.
