While the Yanks and Mets keep going 'til the end of the month, the Brooklyn Cyclones are already closing up shop. Now in their eighth season, the Cyclones have already become a Brooklyn mainstay, drawing in Coney Island locals and tourists alike every summer to enjoy the national pastime. Like most minor-league teams, the entertainment at Cyclones games goes beyond baseball, with a variety of cheesey sideshows and giveaways at the top and bottom of every inning (not to mention the cheap beer). In the season's final game, Brooklyn takes on the Aberdeen IronBirds and tries to snag a spot in the New York-Penn League playoffs.
