That means snow tubing, of course, the exhilarating highlight of a get-up-get-down day in the Sterling Forest. First up is a four-mile hike through the scenic New York-New Jersey Highlands; then, the evocative pastime of hurtling down snowy hills willy-nilly on a rubber ring.
