Terre Haute imagines conversations between Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and author Gore Vidal with unsentimental compassion. Esteemed novelist Edmund White's 80-minute, morally agnostic play is a series of meetings between fictional characters (Europeanized American writer James Brevoort and Gulf War vet turned terrorist bomber Harrison) who bear a strong resemblance to their real-life counterparts.
