School of Visual Arts says…

The School of Visual Arts is one of the most respected art schools in the country, but it's usually the fine art or cartooning alums (Sarah Sze, Sol LeWitt, Alex Bag, Inka Essenhigh, Neck Face, Kaz...) that get the glory. Now a new exhibition celebrating the 40-year tenure of Advertising & Graphic Design chair Richard Wilde aims to balance the record, surveying the most memorable accomplishments of more than 100 commercial illustration and packaging design graduates that have changed the way we consume everything from Pepsi to Junot Diaz, 50 Cent, Showtime, and Hillary Clinton.
