The Triumph of William Henry Harrison suggests that our ninth President faked his own pneumonic death in order to pursue a much darker agenda. It's a mockumentary of course, and just one of the indies from this festival's boatload — 200-plus animations, features, docs, and shorts from 35 countries/territories. Documentaries of interest include Resting Places, a Liam Neeson-narrated look at the quarrel over roadside memorials, and Just Laugh!, which illuminates why the titular act is indeed the best medicine. Feature-wise, there's the Canadian coming-of-age Growing Op and the self-explanatory Oy Vey! My Son is Gay!
