Documentary theater troupe the Civilians (Gone Missing, Paris Commune, This Beautiful City) have scoured the globe to bring intimate stories to the stage. For their latest show, four actors interviewed their own parents about being married and divorced. With the help of director Anne Kauffman (The Internationalist) and dramaturge Janice Paran, they bring these stories to life tonight, playing both themselves and their parents. If past performances are any indication, expect fully realized characters who are slightly twisted and pretty funny.
