The Bad Plus merge the best of jazz and rock, covering everyone from Nirvana to Serge Gainsbourg. Expect a festive set this week as they take over the iconic Village Vanguard for a string of shows including a special New Year's Eve performance. Pianist Ethan Iverson, bassist Reid Anderson, and drummer David King have beautiful interplay as they alternate between splendid covers and original compositions, crafting a unique set each time they play together.
