Monthly lecture series Adult Education seeks to inform while you imbibe, tackling a different instructive theme and guest speakers with each installment. Tonight, a variety of how-tos: writer and comedian Eliot Glazer explains How to Interpret a Long Island Yearbook; slideshow master Paul Lukas examines mousetrap packaging in hopes of teaching you How to Catch a Mouse; writer Mikki Halpin brings (hopefully) body paint and foam fingers to explain How to be a Superfan; and series curator Carrie McLaren schools adventurous animal enthusiasts with How to Raise an Ape in Your Home. The whole shebang is hosted by comedian/lawyer Charles Star and is way better than high school. We promise.
