After dalliances in cookies and fondue, Matt Timms brings the Takedown back to the food that made him famous (or rather, renowned) in the NYC food blogosphere. Aspiring chefs and kitchen pros alike: finish tweaking grandpop's recipe — or perfecting an original creation of your own — and email Matt to enter. If you can take the heat (not to mention the experimentation), and would rather sample and judge the entries without actually entering, just show up at Union Pool with ten bucks and a hearty appetite.
