Flavorpill is a longtime fan of charity: water, a non-profit org dedicated to building sustainable, clean, freshwater wells in some of the most impoverished nations in the world — from Malawi to Bangladesh. An informative exhibition and photo exhibit on the global water crisis opens today at Chelsea Market, where you can find out ways you can help (start by making a donation at the custom-made wishing well). An opening-night reception features cocktails by award-winning mixologist Alex Ott and music from the Kin.
