Maxwell Williams curates \/1R7U4L 1|\|$4|\|17'/ ("Virtual Insanity"), a show of cheeky art that both celebrates and undermines our ever-tightening relationship with technology. Works range from Michael Bell-Smith's straightforwardly beautiful HD-video loop, Return to Forever, to Olaf Breuning's piss-take portrait of Apple-founder Steve Jobs. However, the highlights tend to fall somewhere in between: Kathy Grayson's pixelated oil-and-acrylic paintings are luminous and unsettling, while James Howard's hallucinatory spam-mail prints are both hilarious and disturbed. Swing by soon to snag a free copy of Bell-Smith's printed piece, Ken Remembers Another World.
