Tonight, illustrious NYC crate-diggers Andrew WK and $mall ¢hange face off in a DJ battle of outlandishly epic proportions. Allowed to spin only the used records and CDs for sale in the store, the DJs fight to woo a feisty crowd and a hardened panel of Flavorpill judges (among them, comedian Pete Holmes and Flavorwire's resident music snob, the Beard). The stacks at Housing Works are notoriously eclectic, so expect to hear everything from Seals & Croft to Johnny Mathis and the Bee Gees. And, if you're rooting for a certain spinner, boost his winning chances by bringing an album of your own to donate — which also gets you a free beer.
