Using the formula of his much beloved Chili Takedown, Timms will pit 30 bacon enthusiasts against one another to determine their favorite meat's ultimate recipe. For $10, you can sample as many of these creations as your cardiovascular system will allow and help anoint a champ. In a recent interview with Flavorwire, Timms wouldn't divulge much, but guaranteed the event would be "kind of a mind-blower." If his mention of blue-cheese-and-bacon cookies is any indication, we expect nothing less.
