Note:
RSVP to flavorpill@wandbnyc.com for the party location, and if you want to get married, too.
Party people Winkel and Balktick have entertained the underground and NYC fringe folk for years; with tonight's party, they pledge undying weirdness, love, and fidelity to one another — and you're invited to share in the non-denominational (or, more accurately: multi-denominational) joy of their wedding. A secret location in Fort Greene (but an actual church) houses the ceremony and reception; guests are strongly encouraged to arrive in formal wedding attire and bring proper accoutrement — veils, rings, cake, and naughty bachelor/-ette novelties. Hymns and swing music are provided by Tin Pan; Mister Saturday Night chum Justin Carter throws down disco cuts alongside Spinoza's (the Bunker) techno. Check installation art by James Vogel, hooping by Squiddie, or get hitched (they're serious!) in a New England chapel designed by David Bengali.
