Opium magazine's Literary Death Match reaches its unluckiest installment yet. Episode 13 marks the series' first date at Pianos on the Lower East Side, and features a well-rounded lineup of authorial talent: Heidi Julavits (The Uses of Enchantment), Cheryl Wagner (Plenty Enough Suck to Go Around), Amy Lawless (Noctis Licentia), and B.C. Edwards (Evitative). However, perhaps the best reason to show up is tonight's illustrious panel of judges. This fearsome trio is comprised of Scribner editrix Anna deVries, Gawker star Richard Lawson, and 30 Rock funnyman Scott Adsit. Let the most ink-stained wretch win!
