This ain't your uncle's Putumayo collection, folks. Sure, Zaffóra is a night of "world music," but with the NY Gypsy All-Stars and Luminescent Orchestrii on hand, this party will be anything but staid. Get ready for a heady mix of Balkan beats, hard-rock klezmer, and Middle Eastern percussion to fuel a crowd of gypsy punks all night long. And make no mistake: The emphasis tonight is on dancing up a storm. Hit the dance floor with belly dancer Sera Solstice of East Coast Tribal and stilt walker -=ali* (of Lady Circus), and rock out.
