This Saturday afternoon, friendly outdoor venue the BKLYN Yard is hosting a massive swap, where fashionable New Yorkers gather to rifle through each others' clothes, records, DVDs, art supplies, and whatever else can be carried to the banks of the Gowanus Canal. Assemble a new summer wardrobe or reading list — the chances of uncovering treasures are high, and everything is completely free.
