Not just for history buffs, the Asian Journeys exhibition explores the socio-political context for the American collecting of Asian Art in the post World War II era. Featuring the renowned Mr. and Mrs. John D. Rockefeller 3rd Collection, Asian Journeys showcases exquisite works of art from China, Japan, South and Southeast Asia, and the Himalayas. The exhibition is on view through August 9, 2009.
