The Brick Theater says…

The Brick's Antidepressant Festival doesn't promise more traditional antidepressants (of the self-medicating sort) like tubs of ice cream or scotch, but rather giggles mixed with a healthy dose of surrealism. Some offerings, such as the Mad Ones' Samuel and Alasdair: A Personal History of the Robot War are somewhat self-explanatory, while Aztec Economy's Exit, Pursued by Bears has nothing to do with Shakespeare. Then there's Theatre Askew Drafting Table's The Tale of the Good Whistleblower of Chaillot's Caucasian Mother and Her Other Children of a Lesser Marriage Chalk Circle, a previously "unknown" work set in a Parisian pharmaceutical factory that has apparently influenced drama and showtunes for the past 100 years. Other fun-sounding works feature clowns, pirates, game shows, and sock puppets.
