City Winery breaks down the fine art of wine and cheese pairings in tonight's event, teaching by samples (our favorite method). Taste many fine red, white, and dessert wines, along with an array of delicious cheeses from Murray's Cheese Shop. Learn which cheese pairs with which wine, and create perfect harmony on your palate. Just be sure to pace yourself throughout the Winery's always generous pours, or you might forget the fromage-and-wine snobbery you just spent all that time (and money) to ecru.
