92nd Street Y (92Y) says…

Hot on the heels of the Chelsea Museum's Iran Inside Out exhibit (still up!), comes another insightful look at that nation's recent unrest and uncertain future. Tonight, the 92nd Street Y hosts the first public discussion following the elections, with contributors including NY Times columnist Roger Cohen (himself recently returned from Iran); moderator Shaul Bakhash, a leading expert on the country; and fellow Iran analysts Haleh Esfandiari (a former prisoner in Tehran) and Karim Sadjadpour. Traditional media might be silenced or censored (at least there's Twitter), but these panelists all have a particular and astute understanding, as well as strong voices to be heard regarding Iran's future.
