This dance party pays homeage to the pioneers of R&B, featuring William Bell, architect of the Stax-Volt sounds; Harvey Scales, funk singer, writer of Disco Lady; and doo-wop sweathearts The Bobbettes, of the hit tune Mr. Lee. These trailblazing artists are all backed by the Memphis soul stew sound of the Bo-Keys.
