The Metropolitan Museum of Art says…

See the exhibition before it closes on Sunday! The collections of African and Oceanic art in the Barbier-Mueller Museum in Geneva, Switzerland represent more than 80 years of collecting and a legacy of connoisseurship. Most of these highlights have never before been displayed in the United States. The selection of African sculptures and masks on view from western, eastern, and central Africa and the rare and spectacular Oceanic objects exemplify the breadth of achievement by artists from across the Pacific.
