Woodsist and Captured Tracks, two of the nation's premier pushers of lo-fi rock 'n roll, team for a weekend shindig in the heart of Bushwick. Friday night features CaUSE Co-MOTION's raucous guitar pop and Blank Dogs' spacey synth punk, while Saturday offers up 14 bands in an epic Fourth of July marathon. Come early on Independence Day to catch German Measles, and stay late for Kurt Vile, Vivian Girls, and the psych-surf shimmy of Thee Oh Sees. As befits a festival thrown by a pair of indie labels, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for sweet gig-only merch from the likes of Woods, Blank Dogs, and the Fresh & Onlys.
