Let it be known: there are patriotic Americans among us who care not for fireworks on the Fourth — or any other day. However, as many do harbor deep, abiding affection for camping, games of capture-the-flag, the taste of slow-roasted swine, and yes, even Queens, the recently (repeatedly) profiled Queens Farm hosts a sleepover featuring all that and more. Brooklyn's bad-boy butcher (don't tell him we said that), Tom Mylan, roasts one of the Farm's tastiest hooved graduates, and ultra-fresh breakfast awaits Sunday morning, with games, Brooklyn Brews, music, and plenty of other agrarian shenanigans in between. U-S-A! N-Y-C!
