Over ten years in the making, We Live in Public documents the life of Internet visionary and "Warhol of the Web" Josh Harris. The web trailblazer's projects included the premier online TV network, pseudo.com, and Quiet, an on-camera project where 100 people cohabited in a New York City bunker for 30 days. The film has already secured director Ondi Timoner this year's Documentary Grand Jury Prize at Sundance (Timoner won the same prize in 2004 for her documentary about the Brian Jonestown Massacre, DIG!), and functions both as a cautionary tale as well as a broader commentary on the effects the Internet has had on society's sense of public and private space.
