Benefitting the art community at large, and art education around New York, the 13th Slideluck Potshow is in town, this time featuring slide-show interpretations and perspectives on "the Now" — that is, the present, the plat du jour, if you will. Here's a chance to sample an array of new talent while partaking in the convivial potluck and connecting with the art community. Art doesn't have to be frozen and neither does food — this down-to-earth gathering at the new, beautiful Canoe Studios is sure to foster friendships and new artistic relations. Past Potshows have included the likes of Shepard Fairey, Elliott Erwitt, and Eugene Mirman, so we can expect some amazing slide-shows. Just don't forget to bring a dish to share.
