Outdoor Bound takes the action inside for this after-work adventure that starts at the Trinity Boxing Club and concludes with cheap pints at a nearby Irish pub. The 90-minute workout includes training from competition boxers on how to throw a killer punch, shadowboxing, and one-on-one time in the ring to unleash your inner Rocky on well-positioned bags (no live bodies this time). Be sure to load up on carbs afterward to replenish your energy and possibly build a little muscle.
