Brooklyn's Sixpoint Brewery commemorates its fifth anniversary on Fat Tuesday with a four-course dinner and beer pairing at the locavore-friendly Back Forty. Tonight's menu includes a shrimp and hush puppy appetizer and an enticing jambalaya with house-made andouille sausage. But the biggest draw is probably the rare Double Sweet Action brewed specially for the occasion. True to its name, this celebratory beer is double the malt, hops, and alcohol for a whopping 10.5% ABV — perfect for fostering spirited Mardi Gras antics.
