Legendary bebop saxophonist Jimmy Heath has done it all: from performing with Miles, Trane, and Dizzy to collaborating with his famous brothers Percy and Albert; he's lead his own group and composed songs for Chet Baker, among others. And while his group for tonight's set hasn't been announced yet, jazz aficionado and comedic icon Bill Cosby serves as MC — an unusual billing at the famed jazz club, but a welcome one, especially if it means a dose of Huxtable nostalgia and perhaps a Cosby sweater.
