Charles Ludlam carved out a career staging gender-bending gothic satires with his groundbreaking Ridiculous Theatrical Company, influencing countless drag performers like Charles Busch. He also found time to dabble in film, directing a damsel-in-distress silent serial The Sorrows of Dolores and the horror flick Museum of Wax (in which he also starred). Both screen tonight for the first time publicly and Ridiculous cast member Everett Quinton teams with indie torch song master Antony Hegarty to introduce and discuss the shorts.
