Stories in High Fidelity merges the music and literary worlds at the Bowery tonight in an event that should feel like an impromptu Moth show erupting from an inspired concert. Nouveau folk-rocker Nicole Atkins and the playfully narrative-driven Brooklyn five-piece EchoEcho supply the tunes, but the main stars tonight are the words coming out of the mouths of New Wave legend David Byrne, New York Times contributor Alan Light, Rock On author and frequent Moth StorySLAM host Dan Kennedy, and SHF founder Jason Gordon. Byrne's contribution, "Creation in Reverse," is an audio/video lecture focusing on the ways venue and context influence creativity.
