Admission to a modern art museum may be only $20, but souvenir monographs and exhibition catalogs cost a pretty penny. Which makes the location of this year's annual Art Book Swap New York even more genius: right in the hallowed halls of MoMA's own education center. Feel the community spirit by bringing your own art books to trade one-for-one with any of the hundreds of donated tomes. The event's sponsors — Regency Arts Press and New Dealers Art Alliance (NADA) — will then donate any leftovers to prison libraries in the New York region.
