If the X Games last weekend and the upcoming Olympics have got you anxious for some winter sports closer to home, head to Central Park today for the annual Winter Jam. A man-made blizzard provides plenty of bluffs for snowball fights and snowmen; snowboarders can hit the installed rails; or bring skis/snowshoes for some cross-country action. New this year, the Pride of New York Winter Market offers snacks and samples from local producers.
