This week-long celebration of chocolate satisfies a wide variety of sweet tooths with an inventive lineup of top-notch confectionaries. A sample of the many highlights: a Valentine's dinner with a specially themed environment created by artist chef Anne Apparua; a showcase tasting by Fine and Raw's Daniel Sklaar; the dueling talents of WD-50 pastry chef Alex Stupak and David Arnold of the Fench Culinary Institute; and a pairing with sake that's aptly titled "What Would the Gods Say?"
