The Kitchen says…

Hypochondria is an ancient name for a malady that is always fretfully new: the fear of disease and the experience of one's body as alien and unpredictable. This evening will feature Brian Dillon, Cabinet’s UK editor, in conversation about his new book, The Hypochondriacs: Nine Tormented Lives, with D. Graham Burnett (Princeton), Wayne Koestenbaum (CUNY), and Marina van Zuylen (Bard). To be followed by a moderated open discussion.
