Joe Hurley has been mining what he calls "the Great Irish Songbook" for years, and this annual revue consistently receives great reviews thanks to its unique and powerful performances. Hurley performs a short solo set, then curates the rest of the night's performances. Past guests range from syllable-swallowing singer Eugene Hutz to Tony Award-winner Michael Cerveris, so Hurley definitely knows the power of diversity even within the confines of Irish music. Just as you don't need to be Irish to enjoy St. Patrick's Day, this crowd-pleasing revue is no nationality required.
