“This is the second Neil Young film by Oscar-winning director Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs, Stop Making Sense). It captures two of the Canadian icon's concerts: one at Tower Theater in Pennsylvania and another during the Chrome Dreams II tour. Cuddle up with some popcorn and drift away on a cloud of nostalgia as Young takes the stage with an extensive supply of guitars and guests including Ben Keith and his wife Pegi Young. You'd better like "No Hidden Path," though: the version played here is 20 minutes long.”

Academy Award-winning director Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lambs, Philadelphia), who previously filmed Neil Young for Heart of Gold, once again captures Young’s musical and spiritual soul—this time during two shows at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania during the Chrome Dreams II tour. Young surrounds himself with his favorite instruments, played at whim, and a stage set filled with personal icons: a small-scale model of a guitar shop, a red phone and other items.
