Get a teaser of music and yoga festival Wanderlust before it travels to Lake Tahoe July 29; join some of the yoga community's top instructors at Kula Yoga, sampling a rich mix of eclectic talent with Virayoga's Elena Brower, Yoga Tree SF's Janet Stone, and Kula Yoga's Schuyler Grant. After a tag-team of yoga, loosen up those muscles with a classic game of Twister before topping off the day with a glass of wine and some music and dancing courtesy of some of Brooklyn's finest, the Ohio Party, John Shannon, and Garth Stevenson. You'll walk away with a Gaiam Eco tote full of goodies not to mention a clear conscious and some open hamstrings.
