The festival that delivers a nice big reality check returns to remind us of the atrocities occurring around the world. This year's incarnation tackles three main themes: Accountability and Justice, Development and Migration, and Societies in Conflict. Falling in the first category is 2010 Sundance award-winner Enemies of the People, an exploration into the Khymer Rouge Massacre in Cambodia. Other highlights include Camp Victory, Afghanistan, which screens in the Conflict section and is one of the first documentaries to expose what's really happening on the ground in Afghanistan post-9/11; and the festival centerpiece, Raoul Peck's Moloch Tropical, an examination of the dysfunction that existed in pre-earthquake Haiti.
