The aptly-named Trust begins in a dominatrix den, where the dorky Harry — played by Zach Braff — recognizes his mistress as a high-school classmate. Complications, of course, ensue, involving Harry's despondent artist wife, the mistress' (Sutton Foster) flailing boyfriend, and Harry's millions. The tight show flies by quickly; the dialogue is snappy and the performers notable. Trust is written by pop film writer/director Paul Weitz, providing a double-edged sword — that commercial sparkle, as well as that commercial tendency to leave most of the true dirt unspoken. But trust us, you can certainly imagine...

2econd Stage Theatre says:

Harry is rich. Harry is married. But when Harry doesn't trust any of it is enough, he looks to find something real in the most unlikely of places. TRUST - a new play by Paul Weitz, Oscar-nominated screenwriter of About a Boy and director of the film American Pie, explores the corrosive effect of power on relationships.
