“The first time we caught El Guincho live was one of the sweatiest dance parties we've ever been privileged to be a part of — there wasn't one Debbie Downer left in the room once he took the stage. Really, everyone was moving to his isla bonita techno warbles. That's why we're excited to hear the new album in its entirety tonight at the Gallery Bar, though we admit our reason is two-fold: we also haven't been to a "listening party" for ten years and are feeling rather nostalgic about the whole thing.”
